What exactly does Newhour do?
We look at how your business works, show you where AI can genuinely help, and give you a reviewed plan with practical first steps. If you want to go further, we design the systems worth building and can set them up with your team.
Is Newhour a consultancy?
Not in the traditional sense. You get a fixed-price assessment, a reviewed plan you can act on, and practical help putting it to work, with the option of having us set things up.
What do you need from us?
A discovery call to start. Short questionnaires for your team, documents and examples make the plan stronger, and your report says exactly what it was based on.
Will we need new software?
Not to start. First steps use the tools you already have wherever they fit. New tools are only recommended in the full assessment, with the alternatives compared.
What if AI isn't right for us yet?
Then your report says so, and tells you what to sort out first instead of a list of tools to buy.
Does the report promise savings?
No. Readiness reports carry no invented money or time figures. Costs, timing and payback are worked out in the full assessment, from numbers you confirm.
When do we pay?
After the discovery call, if you decide to go ahead. The readiness assessment is A$490, and payment is confirmed before your report is prepared.
Who can see our information?
You, and the Newhour team members authorised to work on your assessment. Messages are visible only to you and your Newhour contact. Colleagues who answer a questionnaire can only submit their answers.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Your A$490 counts towards the A$1,500 full assessment, so the upgrade is A$1,010. Done-for-you setup is scoped and quoted with you.
